Descripción

- Lead the development and continuous improvement of the plant's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Establish quality procedures, controls, standards, and best practices across manufacturing operations.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, 8D investigations, and corrective action implementation.
- Analyze quality metrics, trends, and process performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Procurement, Sales, and Technical Services teams.
- Support customer issue resolution and strengthen customer-focused quality processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, SPC, FMEA, Kaizen, and process mapping methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, environmental regulations, and safety procedures.
- Provide technical leadership and help drive the site's long-term quality journey.

Perfil buscado

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced/Fluent English (required).
- Strong background in metal manufacturing, fabrication, industrial equipment,



foodservice equipment, or related manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrated experience building, improving, or transforming quality systems and processes.
- Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, 8D, SPC, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience addressing customer concerns and driving manufacturing quality improvements.
- Food-grade manufacturing experience and familiarity with food safety regulations are considered advantageous.

Relocation & TN VISA Requirements

- Willingness to relocate to Wisconsin, USA after an initial onboarding and training period in Mexico.
- Ability to meet TN Visa eligibility requirements, including:
- Valid passport
- Bachelor's degree related to Engineering or equivalent qualifying credentials.
- Ability to provide professional and educational documentation required for the TN Visa process.

- Openness to international relocation and periodic travel as required.
