Copeland is seeking an AR & Collections Analyst in Monterrey to manage payments, AR reporting, and delinquent accounts. You will negotiate with customers and coordinate with finance and sales to optimize cash flow. A Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting is required, with 0–3 years in AR/collections and strong Excel/Oracle skills.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Master’s degree is a plus. This role supports general HVACR solutions and requires precise, timely accounting practices.
