- Conduct first-round interviews and extend offers for high-volume hiring in partnership with Recruitment Business Partners.
- Execute core recruiting activities including screening, shortlisting, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
- Support complex or senior-level recruitment activities through applicant management and targeted sourcing.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with established processes and service level commitments.
- Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and improve recruitment processes through continuous feedback.Essential Requirements- 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or shared services environments.
- Experience supporting recruitment activities across multiple countries, preferably within LATAM or the Americas region.
- Strong English proficiency with the ability to engage and influence candidates professionally.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of recruitment operations, process discipline, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.Desirable Requirements- Experience working with Workday Recruiting or similar talent acquisition platforms.




- Experience supporting integral or regional talent acquisition organizations within a matrix environment.
