Experience in contact center or customer service environments.Basic knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.Team-oriented and service-minded attitude.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in an IT Help Desk or Technical Support role.Knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g., Service Now, Jira, or similar).
