English Level: B2 Intermediate Primary Responsibilities Foster positive carrier relationships operationally by working with carriers booked on loads by Carrier Sales. Dispatch drivers and track and trace loads through life-cycle of shipment ensuring that customer deadlines are met. Communicate updates and issues to team members. Work with carriers to identify and resolve issues. Escalate issues as appropriate. Update company TMS with required documentation in a timely manner.



Ensure drivers are set-up to accept automated tracking software and that auto tracking is initiated. Manage e-mail communication between account managers and carriers. Review and reply to incoming emails from carriers, making sure to forward all necessary documents to imaging department for processing. Review and register all requested accessorials in database for reimbursement. Ensure boards are cleaned with complete and concise turnover documentation daily. Additional duties and projects as assigned. Assist in the identification and execution of process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Prefer college degree or 1 year of applicable carrier sales / freight brokerage / transportation and logistics experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Ability to work in a team environment while delivering independent results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to prioritize, multitask and problem solve. Proactivity; highly motivated and driven. Experience with Mc Leod a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
