Role Description The Sales Manager is a contract role responsible for selling franchises of SHRF across Mexico.

Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new leads, managing the sales pipeline, and conducting virtual presentations and consultations with prospective franchisees and partners. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing agreements in alignment with company goals. The Sales Manager collaborates with marketing and operations teams to align messaging, refine value propositions,



and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and franchise partners. Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships, monitoring performance against targets, and providing regular sales reporting and forecasts.

Demonstrated experience in sales management, business development, or franchise sales, preferably in healthcare, rehabilitation, or related service industries.
Strong skills in lead generation, consultative selling, pipeline management, and closing deals in a remote or virtual environment.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance.
Comfort with remote work tools and CRM platforms, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are highly beneficial for communicating across markets and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
