In this role, you will impact manufacturing productivity and product quality by providing technical support, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

Support manufacturing engineering processes by troubleshooting and resolving production issues
Implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety in manufacturing operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and design engineering to optimize manufacturing workflows
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, documentation, and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support new product introductions
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related technical role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process improvement methodologies
Knowledge of PLC and electrical control
Proficiency with manufacturing engineering tools, data analysis software, and troubleshooting techniques
Experience with CAD software and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is preferred
AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience

Advanced degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology
Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Knowledge of automation and robotics in manufacturing processes
Green Belt Certification
