Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered.

Experience

- 4–6 years of experience in Application Reliability, Infrastructure Operations, Production Support, Site Reliability Engineering, or Retail Technology.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications or infrastructure in a general production environment.

- Retail Technology Platforms: Oracle Retail Suite (Xstore, Xoffice, ORCE, Xenvironment, MPOS), Store Infrastructure, POS Hardware, Inventory Management, RFID (Nedap), Omnichannel, Store Operations
- Enterprise Platforms & Infrastructure: APIs, Middleware, Enterprise Integrations, Oracle Database, SQL Server, Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management (Intune, Workspace ONE, SCCM), Networking
- Reliability Engineering: Incident, Problem, Major Incident, Change & Release Management, Service Transition, Production Readiness, SRE, Capacity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity
