Key Requirements:
✔ Experience as Cost Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar role
✔ Strong knowledge of
plastic injection molding processes ✔ Experience with
assembly operations
and manufacturing cost structures ✔ SAP proficiency (costing, BOMs, routings, etc.) ✔ Ability to analyze product and process costs, identify savings opportunities, and support quoting activities ✔ Experience in a Tier 1 automotive environment preferred ✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
