EarnIn is seeking a SiteOps Specialist in a hybrid Mexico City setting to ensure efficient operation of CX systems and related tooling. You will own intake, triage, and automation workflows across Zendesk/SunCo, AWS Connect, and related platforms, while maintaining strict Okta hygiene and audit trails.

You’ll collaborate with CX, IT, and Security to drive incident response, perform access audits, and support continuous improvement through runbooks and training content.
