We are seeking associates interested in developing their practice in the Energy area and participating in domestic and cross-border matters involving energy projects, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and regulatory matters. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact matters alongside a multidisciplinary team at a leading general law firm.

Junior Associate - Energy Requirements

- Law degree and professional license.
- No more than three years since obtaining the law degree.
- Professional experience in corporate, transactional, energy, or related legal matters.
- Experience in energy projects or natural resources is preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and legal drafting abilities.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Draft and review agreements, contracts, and other transactional documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence in connection with corporate transactions and energy projects.
- Assist with regulatory matters related to the energy sector.
- Participate in the structuring and development of energy projects.
- Coordinate and follow up on transactions with clients,



external advisers, and authorities.
- Prepare legal memoranda, opinions, and research.
- Work directly with shareholders and senior associates on the execution of complex matters.

Terms

- Full‑time, on‑site position.
- Indefinite‑term employment agreement.
