Your role at Clorox:
Leads the Functional Planning organization, providing strategic financial leadership, planning governance, and decision support for Corporate Functions Admin and Domestic BUs Admin. Oversees forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business partnering activities while serving as a trusted advisor to Executive Leadership. Leads a team of 8 finance professionals (4 direct and 4 indirect reports) and drives process excellence, talent development, and financial transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for Corporate Functions Admin and Domestic BUs Admin, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial commitments.
- Partner with Executive Leadership and Functional Leads to provide strategic insights, scenario analyses, and recommendations that support resource allocation and key business decisions.
- Own Administrative expenses consolidated financial results, forecasts, variance analyses, and executive reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.
- Partner on financial analyses for strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and confidential projects, leading or supporting efforts based on business needs.
- Drive governance and alignment across functions by coordinating planning assumptions, financial targets, and performance management processes.
- Champion continuous improvement of planning processes, systems, and reporting capabilities, including Anaplan, SAP/S4, dashboards, and automation initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships across Finance, Accounting, People&, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted Finance partner in executive discussions, influence stakeholders, and communicate financial performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration,
and continuous learning.
- Manage talent development, performance management, succession planning, and organizational capability building to ensure long‑term team effectiveness.
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 10+ years of FP&A; and Accounting experience.
- Proven experience supporting and influencing Executive Leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial analysis, and business partnering capabilities.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and developing talent.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving process improvements and financial system enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning tools, including Anaplan, SAP/S4, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives and balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
