At Kasai Mexicana , we are looking for an AI Solutions Specialist to join our IT team and help us transform the way we work through Artificial Intelligence, automation and innovative digital solutions .

In this role, you will act as a bridge between business areas and IT , identifying opportunities where AI can generate value, and improve productivity.

What will you do?

- Evaluate AI tools, including Generative AI and emerging technologies .
- Design, test and support the implementation of AI-powered solutions .
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Support the adoption of AI by providing training, user guides and technical support .
- Evaluate AI-related risks and support security and compliance .
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and new AI use cases.

What we are looking for?





Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or related .

Experience

- 3+ years in business analysis, process design, mapping and discovery .
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of Generative AI: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar.
- SQL Server / Python / .NET .
- Cloud services: AWS / Azure .

English – Advanced
