Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and support automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Lead automation projects from concept through deployment and validation.
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize automated equipment, PLCs, HMIs, and related control systems.
- Provide hands‑on support to production to resolve equipment and process‑related issues.
- Develop and implement preventive actions to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
- Design and modify tooling, fixtures, and automated equipment to improve productivity and quality.
- Coordinate equipment installation, qualification, and process validation activities.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to support production objectives.
- Manage relationships with automation vendors, integrators, and equipment suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, labor reduction, quality, and cost savings.
- Generate and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and engineering reports.
- Support new product introductions, capacity expansion projects, and manufacturing transfers when required.

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical,



Electrical, Robotics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience programming and troubleshooting automated equipment and industrial control systems.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, vision systems, servo systems, and industrial automation technologies.
- Experience developing fixtures, tooling, and automation solutions to support production.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
