We’re looking for a Dealer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will be the bridge between our dealers and internal teams, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and process dealer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide outstanding support and build strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams
- Track and follow up on open orders and customer requests
- Resolve issues proactively and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in customer service, sales support, or operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (a plus)
- Excel skills (basic to intermediate)
