Languages: Fluent English & Spanish (written and spoken)About the RoleWe're looking for a creator-focused video editor based in Mexico City to support a roster of high-profile content creators.
This role is focused on transforming long-form content (You Tube, Twitch, podcasts, streams) into high-performing short-form video optimised for platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram (Reels), Facebook, Snapchat, You Tube Shorts, and others.You'll typically work across 4–5 creators at a time, helping to build their reach, brand, and audience across social platforms beyond their primary channel.
This is a freelance contract to start, with the opportunity to become a full-time permanent role based on performance and output.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit long-form creator content (You Tube videos, Twitch streams, VODs, podcasts) into engaging short-form clipsOptimise content specifically for:Tik TokInstagram Reels / Meta platformsSnapchatYou Tube Shorts and emerging platformsReceive briefs from the wider team and translate them into platform-native editsSelect compelling moments, hooks, and narratives that drive retention and viewsFrame and crop footage correctly for vertical and platform-specific formatsAdd subtitles/captions (manual + AI-assisted workflows)
Ensure content aligns with each creator's tone, personality, and brand image
Collaborate with producers, social strategists, and other editorsTake joint ownership of content output quality, volume,



and consistency
