We are currently searching for aCRM Consultant – Salesforce Dev :
Responsibilities:
Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce solutionsusingApex, LWC, Flows , and modernDX/Git workflows.
Implement integrationsusingAPIsand event-driven patterns to connect complex systems.
Partner with business stakeholdersto translate high-level requirements intomaintainable technical solutions.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines , automated testing,



and continuous improvement of the development lifecycle.
Use AI-assisted development toolsto enhancecode qualityand delivery efficiency.
Collaborate on solution design , including Salesforce configuration such asobjects, fields, permissions, and validations.
Requirements:
6+ years of total software development experience , with at least4+ years specialized in Salesforce.
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certificationis strictly required.
Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL , and Salesforce security models.
Proficiency with modern toolsincludingVS Code, Salesforce DX CLI , and integration-heavy architectures.
Strong collaboration and communication skillsto align withU.
S. Eastern business hours.
Proven ability to capture business requirementsand provide technical thought leadership.
Desired:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2)(Highly preferred).
