Define and execute on a strategy to continuously improve security across the M365 app ecosystem. Communicate technical gaps and new security feature requirements using clear written and verbal communication. Manage key relationships with service teams across M365 to drive down risk. Provide regular exec level updates and visibility into quantifiable security risk reduction. Ideate and work with engineering teams to drive new ways to scale app ecosystem security efforts through proactive protections, automation, etc. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal contexts.



Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
