Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.

- 8–10 years of experience in Application Reliability, Infrastructure Reliability, Site Reliability Engineering, Enterprise Production Support, or Retail Technology.
- Experience leading engineering teams and driving operational excellence within enterprise environments.
