Your Role
Step into a high-visibility role at the center of product strategy, business execution, and leadership decision-making. You will work directly with Product Line leaders to turn ideas into action, connect teams across the organization, and help drive initiatives that shape where the business goes next.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Partner in building long-term product line strategy and translate into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across engineering, marketing, operations, sales, and finance to remove roadblocks
- Build executive-ready presentations and compelling narratives that enable data-driven decisions by senior leadership
- Lead high-impact programs and special projects from scoping through delivery with clear owners and timelines
- Generate actionable insights through market, customer, and financial analysis to inform portfolio and investment choices
- Establish and track key performance indicators and operating dashboards to monitor progress and drive improvement
- Enable effective governance by preparing agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups for leadership meetings
Your Profile
You are a structured, proactive problem solver who communicates with clarity and empathy. You build trust across functions, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and focus on outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Communications, or a related field
- Preferred: 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy, management consulting,
business operations, project or program management, product management, finance, or a related business function
- Mandatory: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate complex business issues and provide actionable recommendations
- Mandatory: Excellent executive communication and storytelling with experience preparing presentations and insights for senior leadership audiences
- Mandatory: Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across organizational boundaries with advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
- Mandatory: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel up to 15 percent
- Preferred: Semiconductor or technology market experience with exposure to strategic planning, business analysis, market intelligence, or executive office environments
