Mars is seeking an ICB Lead to own end-to-end Intercompany Operational processes within MGS Finance. You will partner with Tax, Statutory, and OE controllers, ensuring timely close and integrity of financial statements while driving standardization and efficiency across Intercompany activities.

The role involves leading automation projects, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with Controllership, FP&A;, and business partners to deliver accurate financial results for all business units.
