Detailed Job Description

As a Graduate Core Network Engineer, you will support the deployment, operation, and technical support of telecom core network solutions. The role involves working with packet-switched networks, IP multimedia systems, VoLTE services, and mobile core technologies. You will collaborate with customers and senior engineers to resolve technical issues, optimize configurations, and ensure service continuity across telecommunications platforms. Through structured training and real-world projects, you will build expertise in modern telecom networks while developing strong customer engagement and technical consulting skills. This role offers a strong foundation for a long-term career in core network engineering and digital communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Support core network operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Assist customers with technical configuration and service-related inquiries.
- Support IP networking, packet switching,



and multimedia service platforms.
- Participate in network performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Assist in technical implementation, upgrades, and system integration activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize network performance and reliability.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and support materials.
- Support Huawei telecommunications solutions across Latin American markets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduated in 2025 or 2026 in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) and BGP (Border Gateway Protocol).
- Familiarity with 4G, 5G, VoLTE (Voice over Long-Term Evolution), Packet Switching, and IP Multimedia Systems (IMS).
- Full-time availability.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer interaction capabilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of mobile core network architectures.
- Familiarity with IMS, EPC (Evolved Packet Core), or 5G Core concepts.
- Networking certifications or academic projects related to IP networking.
- Experience with Linux environments and telecom lab simulations.
- Understanding of network protocols and service architectures.
