Nubank is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer in Mexico City to own the reliability of regulatory infrastructure. You will work across IT, networking, and software teams to maintain availability and resilience for real-time interbank transfers and regulatory platforms.

You will define SLIs/SLOs, lead incident response, and evolve observability with tracing and health signals, while collaborating on disaster recovery and capacity planning. Bilingual capabilities are required.
