Principal SRE Engineer / Architect We're looking for a Principal SRE Engineer / Architect to drive operational excellence and lead DevOps transformation for a growing platform. This is a fully remote role (Mexico) focused on ensuring production readiness, automation, and high-impact incident resolution. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and self-healing systems that reduce manual intervention. Lead incident response and root cause analysis (RCA) in critical production environments. Optimize performance and scalability of distributed systems, including capacity planning and load balancing. Implement and maintain observability using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics. Manage certificates (Venafi, ECMS, OpenSSL, cipher suites) and networking concepts (TCP/IP, F5,



proxies, FTP/SFTP). Ensure compliance with ITSM frameworks and regulatory standards. Requirements: Proven experience in DevOps automation, troubleshooting, and incident management. Solid knowledge of observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar). Experience with certificate management and networking concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced English proficiency to work with international teams. Availability to work fully remote from Mexico.
