Specialist (Environmental Focus)MissionThe MOS EHS Sr.
Specialist plays a key role in the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of Metalsa's global EHS Management System, with a strong emphasis on environmental and sustainability initiatives.This position acts as a corporate subject matter expert for environmental programs, supporting GHG emissions reduction, water stewardship, waste minimization, and ESG performance tracking across multiple manufacturing sites globally.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the deployment and continuous improvement of the Global EHS Management System.Lead and coordinate environmental sustainability initiatives (GHG, water, waste, resource efficiency).
Develop and monitor environmental KPIs and performance dashboards.Coordinate environmental data collection, analysis,



and reporting across global operations.Support ESG and sustainability reporting processes.Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permitting requirements.Support ISO ***** implementation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide technical guidance to plant EHS teams.Participate in audits, risk assessments, and governance reviews.Candidate ProfileEducationBachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related field.Master's degree in Environmental Management or Sustainability (preferred).
Experience5–8 years in EHS roles within industrial/manufacturing environments.Strong experience in environmental compliance and sustainability programs.
