The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing enterprise learning and development programs that support organizational goals and employee growth. Through ongoing partnership with business leaders, this role identifies organizational and individual development needs, prioritizes learning initiatives, and manages the development and acquisition of learning content and solutions.

The Learning and Development Manager serves as a project manager for learning initiatives, oversees learning platforms and vendor relationships, tracks participation and compliance, and evaluates the effectiveness of learning programs. This role collaborates closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and People Experience Business partners to create scalable learning experiences, leadership development programs, and career growth pathways across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Prepare, implement, and continuously enhance learning programs and career development paths.
- Conduct organizational and individual learning needs assessments using a variety of tools and methodologies.
- Partner with department leaders to identify, prioritize, and implement ongoing training and development needs.
- Deploy and manage company-wide learning and development initiatives.
- Serve as project manager for learning and training development projects.
- Manage and optimize e-learning platforms and learning technologies.
- Evaluate, recommend, and coordinate learning vendors, programs, and tools in partnership with leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, deliverables, and program outcomes.
- Facilitate or deliver training sessions as needed.
- Partner with People Experience team members to design and implement employee development programs.
- Track learning participation, completion rates, and compliance requirements.




- Analyze learning data and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational leaders to develop leadership and career growth programs.
- Manage the learning and development budget and support vendor negotiations.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements.
- Maintain learning content, curricula, and resources to ensure relevance and alignment with business needs.

Minimum Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise learning programs.
- Strong project management and budget management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, business leaders, employees, and vendors.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms; Udemy experience is a plus.
- Proven experience developing and evaluating effective learning programs.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational learning initiatives.
- Prior experience supporting learning programs for technology-focused organizations or roles preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking participation, compliance, and program effectiveness metrics.
