Your Role: Advising AssistantAre you fluent in English and Spanish with a passion for helping others succeed?
We're looking forAdvising Assistantsto support our small business clients on their journey to obtain money and credit to start, build, and grow successful businesses.
This is afast-paced, phone-heavyrole—perfect for motivated, service-oriented professionals who want to grow their careers in a supportive, remote-first environment.
What You'll Do:Handle20+ inbound and outbound calls per hourwith professionalism and empathy
Guide clients through our business credit-building program
Use platforms likeHub SpotandGHLto manage communication and tasks
Support clients via email and follow-up as needed
Collaborate with our remote team to ensure outstanding service delivery
What We're Looking For:We provide full training — but here's what will make you shine:
Fluent English(spoken and written) with aneutral or clear accent
Fluent Spanish(spoken and written)



Native speaker or multilingual required
Excellent communication skills— friendly, professional, and confident on the phone
Customer-first mindset— you genuinely care about helping others
Tech-savvy— comfortable using multiple tools and systems
Detail-oriented & organized— can multitask and prioritize under pressure
Willing to learn & grow— this is a long-term opportunity
Requirements:Reliablehigh-speed internetand aquiet, professional home workspace
