The adecuado candidate will have 5–7 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise building scalable, responsive, and maintainable web applications usingReact JS.
This role requires solid technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications usingReact JS.Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components.Manage application state usingRedux, Context API, or similar solutions.Integrate front-end applications withRESTful APIsand handle asynchronous operations effectively.Write clean, testable, and maintainable Java Script/Type Script code.Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, functionality, and production issues.Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions and development standards.Collaborate with product, UX/UI, QA, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.Contribute to improving development practices, code quality, and application performance.Mandatory Technical Skills
5–7 years of professional software development experience , including significant experience with React JS.Strong proficiency inReact JS, Java Script (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Strong understanding of React fundamentals, includingfunctional components, hooks, component lifecycle, and reusable component design.Hands-on experience withstate management ,



preferably Redux or Context API.Experience integratingRESTful APIsand handling asynchronous requests.Strong understanding ofGitand modern software development workflows.Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments.Good understanding ofresponsive web developmentand cross-browser compatibility.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code-quality skills.Preferred Skills
Professional experience withType Script and React.Experience withJest, React Testing Library, Mocha , or similar testing frameworks.Familiarity with modern front-end build tools such asWebpack, Babel, or Vite.Experience with front-end performance optimization and best practices.Understanding ofUI/UX principles and accessibility standards.Exposure toCI/CD pipelines and cloud platformssuch as AWS or Azure.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Demonstrated experience deliveringproduction-ready React applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Location & Language
Work Model:Remote for now ; the work arrangement may be subject to change based on business needs.Candidate Location:Candidates must be based inMonterrey, Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Saltillo.English:Advanced English proficiency is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings and in written and technical documentation.ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL(Will be evaluated).
