We are currently searching for aSAP TESTER MANAGER:
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the overall test strategy , test plans, and test cases across variousSAP modules.
Oversee and perform diverse testing cycles , includingFunctional, Integration, and Regression testing.




Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , acting as a bridge between technical teams and business users.
Manage the defect lifecycle : log, track, prioritize, and coordinate the resolution of issues.
Collaborate closely with Functional consultants, Technical (ABAP/Integration) teams , and key business stakeholders.
Support release cycles, system upgrades, and enhancements , ensuring minimal business disruption.
Maintain comprehensive test documentationand ensure strict traceability between requirements and test execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Test Manager or QA Leadspecifically withinSAP environments.
Deep understanding of SAP modulesand end-to-end business processes.
Expertise in testing methodologies(Functional, SIT, Regression, and UAT).
Strong experience in Defect Managementand the use of testing tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, ALM, or Jira).
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams(Functional, Technical, and Business).
Solid understanding of SAP release managementand upgrade impact analysis.
Languages
Advanced Oral English.
Advanced Spanish.
