Work Hours:9 AM – 5 PM EST (US business hours preferred)Job Overview:We're helping our client find a Specialistto own the optimization and performance of product listings on , with a strong focus onOn-Platform Optimization (OPO) for Product Detail Pages (PDPs)and management ofRoundel retail media campaigns.
In this role, you will be responsible for improving product discoverability, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance through a combination oforganic PDP optimisation and paid media execution , while contributing to revenue growth within the Target retail ecosystem.
This is a performance-driven role suited for someone with deep experience inretail media, marketplace optimisation, and data-led e Commerce growth.Responsibilities: PDP Optimization (OPO)
● Own and optimise Product Detail Pages (PDPs) on ● Improve titles, descriptions, bullets, backend attributes, and taxonomy alignment
● Increase keyword relevance and search ranking performance
● Identify and fix content gaps impacting visibility and conversion
Digital Shelf Performance
● Monitor search ranking, discoverability, and conversion performance




● Maintain catalog accuracy and attribute completeness
● Analyse competitor listings and implement improvements
● Support new product launches and assortment readiness
Roundel Advertising Management
● Plan, launch, and optimise Roundel campaigns
● Manage keywords, targeting, budgets, and campaign pacing
● Monitor ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics
● Conduct A/B testing across creatives and targeting strategies
Performance Analysis
● Track KPIs and deliver actionable insights
● Identify growth opportunities through marketplace data
● Support forecasting and promotional planning
Must-Have:● 2+ years experience in , retail media, or marketplace optimisation roles
● Strong hands-on experience with PDP optimisation and digital shelf management
● Experience managing retail media campaigns (e.g., Roundel or similar platforms)
● Strong understanding of e Commerce metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate)
● Experience working inside vendor or marketplace platforms
