As a Treasury Analyst at K2 Partnering Solutions (Mexico), you will play a critical part in optimizing our treasury operations, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial and fiscal regulations.
Your experience in financial management, billing compliance, and risk mitigation will be instrumental in safeguarding our financial stability.
As a Treasury Analyst, you will provide strategic leadership, make sound financial decisions, and collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and external stakeholders to drive the organization's fiscal success.ResponsibilitiesCash flow maintenance, monitoring, and forecastingApply payments against invoices according to customer payment detailsTrack collections with customers and follow up on outstanding balances (Accounts Receivable)Manage Accounts Payable processes to ensure timely and accurate paymentsReconcile invoices (CFDI's) versus SAP records (AR)Review and ensure the correct process for issuing payment complementsReview monthly collection reconciliations and share results with the Accounting teamEnsure billing and collection processes comply with applicable fiscal and tax regulationsManage relationships with banking institutions, including account administration and daily banking operationsOversee cash flow management, including short-term liquidity planningIdentify and evaluate favorable foreign exchange rates for company operationsCoordinate and execute payments to foreign and international bank accounts, ensuring regulatory and fiscal complianceRequirements & SkillsAdvanced English levelBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,
