What You'll Do
This role will be responsible for developing and executing the regional category strategy, strengthening strategic licensing partnerships.
Our CP manager will be Identifying new growth opportunities, leading commercial negotiations, and accelerating franchise expansion across new categories, retail platforms, and commercial initiatives.
Defines the commercial priorities and strategic direction of the regional Licensing Agency for ROLA, ensuring execution is fully aligned with LATAM priorities and Global Consumer Products strategy.




Acts as the LATAMGlobal Ambassadorwithin the Global Hardlines Team: this leader will represent regional business priorities, market insights, and growth opportunities while helping shape global category strategy and driving the implementation of integral initiatives across the region.
The position will have a global scope, by reporting directly to the Regional Licensing Director, this position will lead a regional team across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia, partnering closely with Franchise, Retail Development, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, Product Development, and Brand Compliance to acceleratesustainableConsumer Products growth throughout LATAM.

QualificationsWho We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree: Marketing and related fields
Master's Degree Brand Marketing (nice to have)
English (advanced)
Experience working on Licensing
