The Mission
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our growing Cloud Project Management (CPM) team.
The adecuado candidate has a strong background in project management within IT and cloud technologies, combined with consulting experience that has sharpened their ability to be empathic, customer-obsessed, and organized.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget—while delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to the growth of Caylent's client relationships.Your AssignmentManage projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies with minimal supervisionDevelop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budget
estimates aligned to SOW deliverablesAbility to manage the scope of the SOW and negotiate discrepancies with customers,
driving prioritization decisionsSuccessfully drive the project schedule and scope while avoiding budget implicationsMaintain PM compliance responsibilities including PSA Health reporting, status reports,
sprint reviews, and risk and issue managementProperly identify and differentiate risks from issues, and determine when to escalate
within the projectFacilitate backlog creation ensuring tickets have definitions, acceptance criteria,
and estimation; manage team work through appropriate Jira reportsBuild and maintain client trust through reliable project delivery and consistent communication; facilitate proactive, tough client conversationsDeliver against client business outcomes, not just the letter of the SOW, and collaborate with Delivery to surface future opportunitiesAbility to observe and provide timely feedback for project teams focused on client valueLead or contribute to CPM initiatives and strategic cross-functional effortsYour Qualifications5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a client-facing Project Manager role2+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environmentExperience managing projects over $500,000 with teams of 5 or moreCertified Scrum Master (CSM) certificationAbility to leverage multiple Project Management methodologies and/or approaches to drive the best Client experienceExperience in forecasting and budget management to drive accuracy in revenue projectionsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationshipsAbility to interact with clients at both a business and technical levelPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with infrastructure modernization, application development, and/or data engineering disciplinesExperience working with AWS cloud services and technologiesAWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or must be willing to obtain within 90 daysExposure to Jira, Confluence,
