- Lead the software development iniciatives

- Lead the platforms transformation and evolution

- Leads high-level technical conversations across engineering, QA, product, and project teams

- Drives modernization of legacy systems and enterprise platforms

- Enables transformation by effectively delegation and developing talent

- Promotes pragmatic adoption of AI within software development to generate business value

- Leads a team of approximately 80 professionals across IT and product development

Perfil buscado





- Strong background in Software Engineering, ideally in SaaS or automotive environments

- Proven track record leading complex, large-scale technology transformations

- Experience modernizing legacy applications and architectures

- Deep understanding of enterprise-scale data and database environments

- Practical exposure to AI in software development (hands-on, not theoretical)

- Strategic leadership mindset (not operational/firefighting)
