Xylem in Aguascalientes, Mexico is seeking a Quality Engineer to advance manufacturing quality processes, lead supplier audits, and drive improvements across the CEM and other suppliers.
The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing quality, a bachelor’s degree, fluency in English, and the ability to travel up to 20%.
Knowledge of Minitab and ASQ is a plus.
The QE will report to the Xylem Quality Manager and work on-site at the Flex campus, contributing to world-class quality initiatives.
