In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centered journeys that drive engagement, trust, and measurable business outcomes.You'll bring a strong mix ofdesign craft, systems thinking, and business acumen , along with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and translate insights into impactful experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design ofend-to-end digital experiencesacross multiple platforms, aligning user needs with business goals.Applyhuman-centered design methodologiesto frame problems, co-create solutions, and deliver value across touchpoints.Create UX deliverables such assite maps, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.Translateuser insights, research, and behavioral datainto actionable design strategies aligned with KPIs.Conductcompetitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, and research activitiesto inform design decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams includingproduct, engineering, content, legal, and compliance.Ensure designs meetaccessibility standards (ADA)and regulatory requirements.Use tools likeFigma and Adobe Creative Suiteto design, prototype, and iterate efficiently.Facilitatedesign workshops, critiques, and collaborative sessionsto drive alignment and innovation.Contribute to the evolution ofdesign systems,
