Great compensation and relocation package.RequirementsBS Degree in Engineering.Hands on mold and process troubleshooting and mold maintenance practices.Experience developing complex mold tooling (side actions, hot runner systems, unwinds..) on schedule for production of high quality, low cost, high volume components6+ years of hands-on experience involving specification, procurement, and qualification of molds for injection molded componentsProficient with the use of SPC, DOE, Six Sigma techniques, and capability studiesManage tool design, fabrication, process development, and qualification at the supplier.Knowledge and use of CNC, grinding, milling, EDM equipmentProficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Work, Excel, Outlook, Project)Ability to perform financial analysis and cost justificationsProficient use of CAD 2 D and 3 D modeling and mold flow analysis.
