PLM Development Consultant – Remote in Mexico
We are seeking a skilled and motivatedPLM Developerwith3+ years of experienceto join a long-term enterprise project.
This role focuses on developing, customizing, and implementing PLM solutions, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support critical business processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, configure, and deploy PLM solutions usingWindchill (versions 12 or 13).
Provide PLM domain expertise inCAD Data Management, Parts & BOM Management, and Change Management.Design and implement integrations between PLM systems andERP/MESplatforms.Work with PTC tools such asWindchill, Project Link, MPMLink, Creo View, and Creo Parametric.Support large-scale enterprise PLM implementations and enhancements.Analyze requirements, estimate development effort, and propose technical solutions.Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance across PLM applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering and manufacturing environments.Technical Skills RequiredMinimum3 years of experiencein Windchill development and implementation.Strong experience withWindchill APIsand enterprise PLM environments.Proficiency inJava, JSP, Servlets, Spring Framework.Experience withJava Script, HTML,



and CSS.Hands-on experience withSOAP & REST Web Services.Knowledge ofOracle databasesand development usingEclipse.StrongObject-Oriented Programming (OOP)skills.Experience withCAD assemblies (EPMDocument, Build History)and data management.Background working withPLM, CAD, or MES systemsin large organizations.Preferred QualificationsExperience withThing Worx and/or PTC Navigate.Knowledge ofParts Link Classification configuration.Familiarity withIntegrity, Project Link, or MPMLink.Experience in manufacturing or engineering-driven environments.Strong analytical skills and ability to work on long-term projects.Location & Schedule
