Job Title: Security Engineer – AI & Cybersecurity

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico | Onsite

About the Role

We’re looking for a Security Engineer with a strong interest in AI-driven cybersecurity, Agentic AI, and DevSecOps . You’ll work with senior security engineers to operate and improve AI-powered security workflows across threat detection, vulnerability management, WAF, cloud security, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

- Support AI-powered security operations , threat detection, and incident response.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI security agents/copilots used for vulnerability scanning, threat intelligence, and risk analysis.
- Use AI-assisted tools for vulnerability prioritization, threat detection, and root-cause analysis .
- Support WAF, anomaly detection, SIEM, and security monitoring activities.
- Integrate security controls and AI-assisted checks into CI/CD pipelines .
- Assist with AI Agent security and governance , including prompt injection, authorization,



and secrets exposure risks.
- Work with DevSecOps, cloud security, automation, and security scripting .

Must-Have Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Cybersecurity / Cloud Security / DevSecOps .
- Understanding of AI Engineering or Agentic AI concepts .
- Knowledge of security monitoring, vulnerability management, SIEM, WAF, and cloud security .
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
- Basic scripting experience with Python, Bash, or similar .
- Strong interest in AI + Cybersecurity automation .

Good to Have

- Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure security .
- Security+ or cloud/security certification.
- Exposure to AI/ML applications in cybersecurity .
- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, SOAR, EDR/XDR, or CSPM.
