Senior Compliance Lawyer
We're looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Compliance Lawyer to collaborate closely with the Head of Compliance in executing a robust corporate compliance program.
If you're passionate about regulatory excellence, risk management, and shaping business strategy while protecting brand integrity, this role is for you.Challenges that await you:Monitor, analyze, and interpret theevolving regulatory frameworkapplicable to the financial industry.Stay up to date on regulatory developments andadvise the business on their impacton current and proposed activities.Support the design, implementation, and maintenance ofpersonal data protection systems, policies, and procedures.Ensure compliance withdata protection laws , including the management of data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction).
Contribute tocorporate governance initiatives , including ethics programs, anti-bribery frameworks, and compliance training.Support internal and externalreviews and audits , with a particular focus onESG standards.Collaborate closely with the Head of Compliance toidentify, assess, and mitigate regulatory and compliance risks.Promote apeople-focused and ownership-driven culture ,



encouraging accountability and ethical behavior.Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensurecompliance is embedded across all business processes.What makes you a great fit:7+ years of experience incompliance and regulatory law , preferably within the financial services industry.Proven background in managingfinancial regulatory frameworksand compliance programs.Strong alignment with values ofintegrity, transparency, accountability, and ethics.Excellentverbal and written communication skills in English(Spanish is a plus).
