This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities to help enterprise customers maximize their automation investments and achieve transformational business outcomes.What you'll do at Ui Path
Take ownershipof customers' technical success with the Ui Path Platform, being accountable for technical workstreams that drive exceptional business valueProactively engagewith customers, providing embedded technical advisory to mature their automation programs and expand their vision of achievable goalsGuideUi Path Platform infrastructure planning, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting processesEnablecustomer technical stakeholders on Ui Path Platform best practices, tailored to their unique automation needs and constraintsConductdesign and code reviews for select automations to reinforce and verify best practicesPerformtechnical health checks of customer automation programs,



identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvementCollaboratewith Ui Path Product Support and subject matter experts to resolve escalated support incidents efficientlyChampionAI-powered automation solutions, helping customers leverage intelligent document processing, agentic AI, and machine learning capabilities within their automation programsArchitectend-to-end automation solutions using Ui Path Studio, Document Understanding, and AI Center to solve complex business challengesWhat you'll bring to the team
Hands-on experience with Ui Path Studiofor automation development and best practicesProven expertise in Ui Path Document Understanding (DU)for intelligent document processing solutionsExperiencein programming.
NET / Java applications, withcloud experience(Azure/AWS/GCP)Proven track record in customer-facing technical account management or consulting rolesExpertise in diverse technical topics, including software engineering, deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineeringStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to customer successThe role requiresEnglish fluency , and resumes must be submitted in EnglishHighly Valued qualifications that stand out or a Plus:
