The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for performing all functions of accounts payable,



including but not limited to gathering and entering payments.Key ResponsibilitiesReviews and audits invoices entered by vendors and purchasers for accuracy; Reconciles vendor accounts and reporting for audit purposesInteracts directly with vendors and systems to troubleshoot invoice issues and seek direct resolutionPrepares and processes accounts payable checks and electronic paymentsResearches questions regarding accounts payable from vendors, operations personnel and othersElectronically files and maintains paid accounts payable invoicesPerforms various other general accounts payable tasks as neededSupports adherence to company policy, rules, and regulations such as procurement and employee reimbursement policies; Returns to submitter for correction or additional information when not within guidelinesResponsible for travel and entertainment expense auditing in P2 P softwareDaily AP entry into Soft Base software for serialized equipment trackingReconcile Soft Base entries with Coupa system monthlyMark invoices as paid in Soft Base weeklyHandle 5,000+ maintenance invoicesRun reports and verify statements at month-end
Critical daily task: Complete batch processing by 2:30 PM for robot upload
