We are seeking a highly driven and strategicHead of Salesto lead and scale our commercial operations in Mexico.
This role will be responsible for building and executing the sales strategy, developing high-performing teams, and establishing key partnerships with merchants and strategic stakeholders.
The idóneo candidate combines strong startup or financial services experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships.Job requirementsKey Responsibilities
Define and execute the national sales strategy for POS lending solutionsBuild, lead, and scale a high-performance sales teamIdentify and secure strategic partnerships with merchants, retailers, and enterprise clientsDevelop and manage a robust sales pipeline and forecasting processEstablish KPIs, track performance, and optimize sales effectivenessCollaborate with product, risk,



and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategiesRepresent the company in industry events and strengthen market presenceLeverage existing network and relationships to accelerate business developmentRequirements
Minimum10+ years of experiencein sales leadership rolesProven experience instartup, financial services, lending, or payments(startup experience strongly preferred)Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations and delivering revenue growthStrong network of contacts within relevant industries (retail, financial services, or startup is a plus)Experience sellingB2 B or B2 B2 C financial products , ideally POS or consumer financing solutionsExcellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilitiesFluent in English and SpanishPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience launching or scaling startup products in MexicoBackground in POS lending, BNPL, or consumer creditWhat We Offer
