In this role you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely month-end close activities, managing a team, resolving complex intercompany issues, and supporting the integrity of financial results through effective coordination with integral stakeholders.

Leadandoverseeintercompanyaccountingoperations , ensuring timely reconciliations, balance settlements, and accurate recording of intercompany transactions across multiple entities.Reviewandapproveintercompanyreconciliations , identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.Managemonth-endcloseactivitiesrelatedtointercompanyaccounting , ensuring deadlines are met and transactions are properly reconciled and reported.Monitorandcoordinateintercompanybalancesettlements , ensuring outstanding balances are cleared efficiently and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.Provideleadership,guidance,andsupporttotheintercompanyteam , driving process improvements, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.If you have/are:
Bachelor'sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield , with a strong foundation in financial and accounting principles.Minimumof6yearsofexperienceinintercompanyaccounting , including account reconciliations, balance settlements, AP/AR,



month-end close, financial reporting, and team leadership.Strongknowledgeofaccountingstandards(IFRSand/orUSGAAP)and their application to intercompany transactions and financial reporting.AdvancedproficiencyinERPsystemsandfinancialmanagementtools , with experience inOne StreamandBlack Linepreferred, as well as strong Excel and financial analysis skills.Excellentleadership,stakeholdermanagement,problem-solving,andcommunicationskills , with the ability to resolve complex intercompany discrepancies, drive process improvements, and collaborate across multiple entities and functions.We will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.
