About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our client's team and take ownership of website maintenance, troubleshooting, custom development, and technical integrations.
This role is ideal for a developer with strong Word Press expertise and a back-end or full-stack background who enjoys solving technical challenges, optimizing website performance, and building custom functionality.
The adecuado candidate has extensive experience with Word Press development, PHP, API integrations, hosting environments, and website performance optimization.
A portfolio showcasing custom development work, plugin customization, integrations, and custom functionality is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Maintenance & Technical SupportResolve website issues, bugs, and support requests
Troubleshoot hosting, DNS, and server-related problems
Manage website migrations with minimal downtime
Maintain website stability, security, and functionality




Custom DevelopmentBuild and customize website functionality based on project requirements
Develop and modify Word Press themes and plugins
Create clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot and resolve compatibility issues between plugins and custom code
Integrations & AutomationBuild and maintain API integrations
Configure CRM, email marketing, and third-party platform connections
Ensure accurate data synchronization across systems
Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues
Website Performance OptimizationImprove page speed and Core Web Vitals performance
Implement caching strategies, image optimization, and CDN configurations
Monitor and optimize website performance across devices and browsersRequirements
9+ years of professional web development experience
Strong Word Press development experience
Strong PHP skills (required)
Experience with:
HTML5
CSS3
Java Script
Word Press theme customization
Plugin customization
API integrations
Experience managing:

DNS records
Linux hosting environments
Website migrations
Experience working within a digital marketing or web development agency




Experience using AI tools in professional workflows within the last 2 years
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
