The Workforce Insights Consultant partners with Workforce Architects, HR partners, and business leaders to provide workforce analytics, measurement, and insights that enable informed talent and workforce decisions.
This role supports workforce strategy initiatives through data analysis, forecasting, and evidence-based recommendations, helping stakeholders understand workforce trends, skills needs, and organizational impacts.
The successful candidate combines analytical expertise with strong consulting and communication skills, translating workforce data into actionable insights that support business objectives.

English Proficiency: Minimum Required: Fluent
Experience Requirements3-5 years experience within a Workforce Management role required.
4 years contact center experience preferred.
3 years demonstrated forecasting experience preferred.
Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
