Dev Ops Academy | Remote | Mid-Level (3+ Years Experience) (Monterrey, Nuevo León)

We are looking for a Dev Ops professional who wants to strengthen their technical capabilities through a specialized Dev Ops Academy.

This 4-week intensive program is designed for professionals with solid foundations in Dev Ops, Cloud, Systems Administration, or Production Support who are eager to expand their expertise and work on enterprise-level projects. The academy will be fully remote; however, after completing the program, selected candidates will be required to work from the client's offices in Monterrey, Nuevo León (hybrid, 2 days per week).

Location: Remote. We welcome candidates residing in CDMX, Saltillo, or Monterrey, as well as professionals located elsewhere in Mexico who are open to relocating to one of these cities upon receiving a job offer after completing the academy.

Requirements:

- Required at least a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in roles such as Dev Ops Engineer, Sys Admin, Cloud Engineer, or Production Support

- Experience with Dev Ops practices and culture

- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

- Experience with automation tools and scripting

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with Production Support

- Systems Administration (Sys Admin) background

- Understanding of Business Agility frameworks

- Advanced English level (B2 or higher, preference C1–C2)

Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, fast learning, teamwork, and results orientation.

We offer:

- Remote program with a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
