This role partners with the Business, IT, Finance, Legal, Contracts, SMEs, and suppliers to run competitive RFx events, lead negotiations and deliver measurable value through cost optimization, risk mitigation, and improved operational performance.

Individual contributor role.nnRESPONSIBILITIESnn * Align stakeholders (IT, Finance, Legal, Contracts, SMEs) on requirements, scope, timelines, and evaluation criteria.n * Build RFx packages, run the tender process, manage supplier communications, and consolidate scoring into clear award recommendations.n * Develop negotiation strategies and lead commercial/contract negotiations within company policies and guardrails.n * Perform spend and TCO analyses (including scenarios/sensitivities) to generate insights and guide decisions.n * Create executive-ready materials that summarize the business need, options, evaluation outcomes, and recommended path.n * Project-manage sourcing events from intake through contract execution and PO readiness, ensuring on-time delivery.n * Drive outcomes across savings, contract compliance, supplier performance, and risk reduction for IT spend.nnnnPlease provide your resume in English.nnMinimum Qualifications:nnu2022 Bacheloru0027s degree and 4+ years of Sourcing or related work experience. nOR nAssociateu0027s degree and 6+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.



nOR nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of Sourcing or related work experience. n n*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Masteru2019s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.nnPreferred Qualifications:nn * 1+ year of experience interacting with senior leadership (Director level and above).

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT or related field. n * Working knowledge of key IT categories, supplier landscape and market dynamics.n * Demonstrated success leading RFx events and supplier negotiations with measurable value delivery.n * Comfort with IT contract concepts and partnering with Legal/Contracts through signature.n * Strong analytics and structured problem-solving skills (spend, TCO, risk, and levers).n * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive-level storytelling.n * Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with sourcing/spend analytics tools is a plus.nnnnApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
