Manufacture company based in Toluca, es looking a Senior Material/Production Manager attending Mexico and US demand.

This role is responsible for leading the regional Supply team and driving a high-performance, continuous improvement culture focused on balancing cost, cash, and service excellence.

It ensures alignment between regional operations and integral supply chain strategies while managing planning, distribution, and inventory processes to meet business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements:

- 8 to 12 years of experience experience in Material/Production or Demand Planning Manager in a site production.
- Strong experience in working SAP Procurement / Planning modules
- Must be able to manage challenging stakeholders and strike a balance in functional priorities & needs.
- English & Spanish - advanced
- Position based in Toluca, State of Mexico.

Responsibilities:

- Leading the Supply and Distribution Requirements Planning processes across daily, weekly, and monthly operations.




- Ensuring product availability through effective forecasting, production planning, supplier performance management, and material planning best practices
- Optimizing working capital, reducing lead times, and improving the use of planning systems and digital tools.
- Driving distribution optimization and adherence to global inventory positioning strategies.
- Identifying and leading strategic supply chain projects that enhance competitiveness and support long-term business growth.
- Collaborating with Purchasing, Quality, Production, and Plant Management teams to improve supply chain performance and cash flow management.
- Developing, coaching, and inspiring teams across the region while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and digital adoption.
