This role involves designing, developing, configuring, and enhancing solutions on the Service Now platform to meet complex business needs, with a focus on innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and configure applications, workflows, and functionalities within the Service Now platform.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define and implement business solutions.

- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure solution quality.

- Develop integrations and customizations following Service Now best practices.

- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.

- Stay up to date with new Service Now features and support knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

Location & Schedule:

- Hybrid work opportunity

- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
